Fee Structure:

      Thirty minutes:       $40.00

One Hour:       $80.00

     One and a half:       $120.00

What to expect 

Bodywork sessions are uniquely designed around the individual needs of the client and may include Ortho-Bionomy®, CranioSacral and Reiki combined or applied as individual modalities. For these modalities the client remains fully clothed on a comfortable bodywork table.

Verbal feedback on the part of the client is encouraged and supports the complete comfort and success of the session.

Gentle exercises are frequently given to support the changes taking place and enhance the client's capacity for self-care at home.

Relaxing or deep tissue Massage generally includes the use of massage lotion. This treatment addresses the entire body, applying Deep Tissue Work, Fascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Therapeutic Exercises to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress; and to promote health and wellness.
